Agreement*
As the facilitator, I agree to comply with the guidelines set up by the CDC and the Oakwood Farms. I also will be responsible for conveying those set guidelines to my group of attendees. As the facilitator, I agree to pay the full amount of the registration fee and Agri-Tour package fee at least 10 days prior to the event date.
