Agreement*
As the facilitator, I agree to comply to the guidelines set up by the CDC and the Oakwood Farms Market. I also will be responsible for conveying those set guidelines to my group of attendees. As the facilitator, I agree to pay the full amount of the rental space at least one week prior to the event date. Space rentals are non-refundable.
